We are married to no one finish strategy. We use everything and only the best: oil or waterborne commercial or residential urethanes, hard waxes or European oils. We will always choose the best strategy for your needs.

We can even change the color of a floor or staircase without sanding. Projects are 99.5% dust-free.

WE PROVIDE a complete line of unfinished and pre-finished floors from throughout the industry. With no middleman you'll get the best prices anywhere -- better than the box stores and the alleged "liquidators."

Manufacturers include Armstrong, Bruce, Mullican, Mercier, Carroll and Brazilian Direct. We can source any size, width, type of unfinished wood of any species, new or antique, North American or exotic and provide a full line of prefinished exotics.

WE PROVIDE PEACE OF MIND. We provide a four-year limited warranty for all site-finished floors. If 10% of floor wears through we will sand floor at no charge, excluding consequential costs such as furniture moving or storage.
